Activities: The Nalbari Hari Mandir is playing a major role with their help & co-operation for the society since last few decades, regardless the boundary of religion, cast and ethnicity. In brief the social activities of Hari Mandir are listed as bellow:

• The Nalbari Hari Mandir is helping hands in flood situation, as the flood has been the prime disaster in the rural or urban areas of Assam.
• Organizing AIDS, DOTS, POLIO, HEPATITIS & awareness program through it's Health unit. There have been 4 Eye Treatment camps occasionised in the Mandir, which benifited 400 people yet. Since year 2001, 300 people are donated blood through the Health unit. There are 150 members working for the Polio camp, from the health unit of Hari Mandir. More to it, there is a proposal too taken to build up a charitable Hospital.
• Since 90's, there is music school, named Kala Kristi Vikash Kendra in the Mandir.
• In the east front side of the Mandir, a plot of 2 Katha 2 Lessa has been purchased, utilizing the donation & collection through several programm initiated by the Hari Mandir. In that plot a Guest House is being constructed, and hopefully the construction will be completed within comming couple of years. In front of the entry of the plot, a statue of Assamese National Hero Beer Lachit Barphukan is also has been placed.
• The Hari Mandir provides space to arrange marriage ceremony with parking facility at very low cost.
• A proposal of forming an Institution from lower class to Deegre level has also been taken.
• A proposal of a well furnished Library also been there.
